Protection mechanism and explanation OF ETO Sterilizer System
- ETO sterilizer system has six different levels of operation permissions. Personnel with different permissions can operate different contents to prevent operation confusion, or equipment failure or safety accident caused by operation by personnel without professional training

8. 為確保人身安全，設備可配備無害排氣系統。櫃門打開後，確保車間嘅空氣只可以進入櫃內，而唔可以由櫃排出到車間環境
如果設備已經清潔好，但係門仲未打開，系統會自動檢查卸貨超時。如果卸貨超時超過30分鐘，門將會被鎖住，無法打開，並且必須再次執行清潔程序。呢個功能係用嚟確保產品入面嘅 EO 唔會慢慢釋放到車間環境，對車間環境造成污染同個人健康受損
整個控制系統對各種設備同傳感器都有自我診斷功能，係用嚟防止傳感器故障時設備嘅異常運作，同時提示維修人員咩傳感器或設備出現故障，令維修人員可以快速搵到同解決問題
11. ETO 滅菌器 SYSTEM 有超過 100 個故障和警報信息，使操作員和維修人員能夠及時準確地知道設備運行情況，使維修人員能夠快速找到和解決問題

14. 如果外部電源斷電， UPS 會繼續為系統供電，設備會處理停機狀態，確保設備停電後唔會漏電，並確保安全緩衝時間至少為 15 分鐘。設備通過正常運行過程停機後，當外部電源恢復時，設備仍然可以繼續運行
15. 當系統運行期間 IPC 出現故障時，可以直接重新啟動 IPC ，軟件可以自動連接原始記錄
16. 系統具有詳細審計跟蹤功能，可以記錄幾乎所有操作動作，方便後期事故分析和故障預防
