መደበኛ ክትትል እና ቁጥጥር<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

የኢኦ (ኤቲሊን ኦክሳይድ) የማምከን መደበኛ ክትትል እና ቁጥጥር ዓላማ የተረጋገጠው እና የተወሰነው የማምከን ሂደት በምርቱ ላይ መተግበሩን ለማሳየት ነው። የተረጋገጠው የማምከን ሂደት ዝርዝሮች መሟላታቸውን ለማረጋገጥ ከእያንዳንዱ የማምከን ዑደት የተገኘው መረጃ መመዝገብ እና መቆየት አለበት። ይህ ቢያንስ የሚከተሉትን ይዘቶች ማካተት አለበት፡-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ሀ) ወደ ቅድመ-ህክምናው ሲገቡ የምርቱ የአካባቢ ሙቀት ዝቅተኛው የተረጋገጠ የሙቀት መጠን መድረሱን የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ (ጥቅም ላይ ከዋለ)። ይህ ሊደረስበት የሚችለው ጭነቱ ለተወሰነው ዝቅተኛ ጊዜ ወደ አካባቢው እንዲመጣጠን በመፍቀድ ነው. የማጠራቀሚያው ሙቀት የሚታወቅ ከሆነ ወደ ቅድመ-ህክምና ቦታ ከመግባትዎ በፊት የምርቱን የሙቀት መጠን መወሰን አያስፈልግም. ምርቱ ለከፍተኛ ሙቀት ከተጋለጠ፣ ለምሳሌ በማጓጓዝ ጊዜ፣ ምርቱ ተቀባይነት ባለው ክልል ውስጥ ያለውን የውስጥ ሙቀት እና እርጥበት ለማረጋጋት ከቅድመ-ህክምና በፊት ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ማከማቸት ሊያስፈልግ ይችላል።<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ለ) በቅድመ-ህክምና ቦታ (ጥቅም ላይ ከዋለ) የሙቀት መጠንን እና እርጥበትን መከታተል እና መመዝገብ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ሐ) ለእያንዳንዱ የማምከን ጭነት ቅድመ-ህክምናው የሚጀምርበት ጊዜ እና ጭነቱ ከቅድመ-ህክምና ቦታ የሚወጣበት ጊዜ (ጥቅም ላይ ከዋለ)።<\/p>\n\n\n\n

መ) የማምከን ጭነትን ከቅድመ-ህክምና ቦታ (ጥቅም ላይ ከዋለ) በማስወገድ እና የማምከን ዑደት መጀመሪያ መካከል ያለው የጊዜ ክፍተት.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ሠ) በጋዝ መጋለጥ ወቅት (ጥቅም ላይ ከዋለ) በክፍሉ ውስጥ ያለውን የጋዝ ዝውውር ስርዓት ትክክለኛ አሠራር አመልካቾች.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ረ) በማምከን ዑደት ውስጥ በክፍሉ ውስጥ ያለው የሙቀት መጠን እና ግፊት.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ሰ) በግፊት ወይም በቀጥታ በሚለካው ሂደት ውስጥ በክፍሉ ውስጥ ያለው እርጥበት።<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ሸ) የጋዝ ኢኦ ወደ ማምከንያ ክፍል እንደገባ ማረጋገጫ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ሀ) ባዮሎጂካል አመላካች ዘዴ<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ባዮሎጂካል አመላካቾች (የተረጋገጠው EPCD) ጥቅም ላይ ከዋሉ, ለማምከን በጣም አስቸጋሪ የሆኑትን ቦታዎችን ወይም ከእነዚህ አስቸጋሪ ቦታዎች ጋር የተያያዙ ቦታዎችን ጨምሮ በማምከን ጭነት ውስጥ በሙሉ መሰራጨት አለባቸው. ቅድመ-ህክምና ጥቅም ላይ ከዋለ, ባዮሎጂያዊ አመላካቾች ከቅድመ-ህክምናው በፊት መቀመጥ አለባቸው.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

የባዮሎጂካል አመላካቾች የማምከን ዑደቱ ካለቀ በኋላ ከማምከን ጭነት መወገድ እና በተቻለ ፍጥነት ባዮሎጂያዊ አመላካቾችን እንዲያንሰራራ ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል። በጊዜው ካልሰለጠኑ፣ በዘገየ መነቃቃት ወቅት ለቀሪ ኢኦ መጋለጥ የሚያስከትላቸው ውጤቶች መገምገም አለባቸው።<\/p>\n\n\n\n

የባዮሎጂያዊ አመላካቾች እድገት እድገቱ የማረጋገጫ ሂደቱን መድገም የሚጠይቀውን የአካላዊ ሂደት ዝርዝሮችን ባለማሟላት ምክንያት አለመሆኑን ለመወሰን መተንተን አለበት.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ለ) መለኪያ የመልቀቂያ ዘዴ<\/p>\n\n\n\n

የመለኪያ ልቀት ሁሉም የአካላዊ ሂደት መለኪያዎች ባዮሎጂያዊ አመልካቾችን ሳይጠቀሙ የሚለቀቁትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ መሆናቸውን በማረጋገጥ ላይ ነው። በአካላዊ የሂደት መለኪያዎች መለኪያዎች እና መዝገቦች ላይ ብቻ የተመሰረተ እና የማምከን ሂደቱን በቂነት እንደ በቂ መግለጫ ሆኖ ያገለግላል.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directly measuring the humidity inside the chamber during the processing phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Determining the EO concentration by direct analysis of the sterilization chamber’s gas at specified time intervals, to fully verify that the required conditions are met throughout the exposure period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
