{"id":2420,"date":"2024-12-17T10:31:42","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T02:31:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zjbocon.com\/?p=2420"},"modified":"2025-12-05T10:21:30","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T02:21:30","slug":"maintenance-guide-for-eto-sterilizers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zjbocon.com\/maintenance-guide-for-eto-sterilizers\/","title":{"rendered":"Maintenance Guide for ETO Sterilizers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-48bf8c89 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zjbocon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/eto-sterilizer-7-1024x1024.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-8479\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" title=\"eto-sterilizer-7\" role=\"img\" \><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1 أثناء تعقيم ETO، لا يُسمح للمشغلين بمغادرة منطقة التشغيل ويجب عليهم مراقبة عملية تعقيم ETO بشكل مستمر. في حالة حدوث أي ظواهر غير طبيعية، يجب إيقاف تشغيل الجهاز على الفور، ويجب قطع مصدر الطاقة للفحص.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 قم بتغيير الماء المتداول في نظام التدفئة كل ثلاثة أشهر. عند تغيير الماء، قم أولاً بفتح جميع مفاتيح تصريف المياه الموجودة في أسفل الحجرة والجزء السفلي من الباب لتصريف المياه بالكامل. بعد شطف الأنابيب وخزان المياه بالمياه النظيفة، قم بإعادة ملئها بالمياه المتداولة الجديدة.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3 فحص وتنظيف مرشحات الهواء والتدفئة والتبخير ونظام أكسيد الإيثيلين على الأقل بعد كل 30 دورة تعقيم ETO، واستبدال أي مرشحات تالفة أو معطلة. (يمكن أن تشمل وسائل التنظيف الماء أو الهواء المضغوط أو البخار.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4 يجب معايرة أجهزة قياس ضغط الفراغ وأجهزة استشعار الضغط وأدوات القياس الأخرى بواسطة قسم المقاييس المحلي كل ستة أشهر، وفقًا لقوانين المقاييس الوطنية.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.5 يجب استبدال حشوات الختم كل ستة أشهر.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.6 التحقق الجهاز إلى أقل من الصفر درجة مئوية ولا يمكن للجهاز أن يعمل بشكل مستمر، وإذا توقف نظام التدفئة عن التسخين لأكثر من ثلاث ساعات، فيجب تصريف المياه الموجودة في نظام التدوير لمنع النظام من التجمد
