Gas Concentration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within a certain range of gas concentration, the higher the concentration, the better theEO Gas Sterilization effect; beyond 1000 mg\/L, the improvement in sterilization effect is not significant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-relative-humidity\">2. Relative Humidity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When relative humidity is between 40%-80%, there is no significant difference in sterilization effect; below 40%, the sterilization effect decreases significantly; above 90%, there is no noticeable improvement, and it can easily cause water droplets, which adversely affects sterilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-temperature\">3. Temperature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At temperatures between 30-65\u00b0C, for every increase of 10\u00b0C, the EO Gas Sterilization effect doubles; above 65\u00b0C, there is no significant improvement in sterilization effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-time\">Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Higher ETO concentration requires a shorter action time; lower ETO concentration requires a longer action time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-survival-probability\">Survival Probability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The longer the EO Gas Sterilization time, the lower the survival probability of microorganisms in the product (better sterilization effect).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The EO Gas Sterilization time has a linear relationship with the logarithm of the number of surviving microorganisms (this is the most important theoretical support for determining mortality rate).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-influencing-factors\">Other Influencing Factors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-product-characteristics\">Product Characteristics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Product Materials and Structure<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The structure affects gas ingress and egress; some materials are unsuitable for ethylene oxide sterilization, and certain materials need to absorb more moisture\/heat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Packaging Materials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Initial Contamination<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Initial quantity and types of contaminating bacteria in the product (methods such as residual probability and direct counting have requirements for initial contamination levels;
