Der Druck sollte vom Hersteller voreingestellt werden und der Prüfdruck sollte weniger als -20 kPa und mindestens 20 kPa niedriger sein als der voreingestellte Sterilisationsdruck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.3.2<br>If the pressure during any stage of the sterilization cycle is below atmospheric pressure, after reaching the preset pressure, all valves connected to the sterilization chamber should be closed, and the vacuum pump should stop working. The pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure rise must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.3.3<br>When the working pressure of the eo chamber is greater than 5 kPa, a positive pressure leakage test should also be conducted, which should be performed before the vacuum stage. By pressurizing with inert gas (such as air) to within 10% of the preset working pressure, the pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure drop must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.4 Vakuumrate der ETO-Sterilisatormaschine<br>Unter Leerlaufbedingungen sollte die EO-Kammer in etwa 6 Minuten einen atmosphärischen Druck von -15 kPa erreichen; -50 kPa in ?30 Minuten erreichen; und in ?40 Minuten -75 kPa erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.5 Befeuchtungseffekt des ETO-Sterilisators<br>Unter Leerlaufbedingungen, wenn die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit etwa 40 % relative Luftfeuchtigkeit beträgt, sollte das EO-Sterilisationsgerät in der Lage sein, die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit über das Befeuchtungssystem auf mindestens 75 % oder mehr zu erhöhen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.6 Druckeinstellbereich der Sterilisationskammer<br>Der Druckeinstellbereich für die Sterilisationskammer beträgt -0,08 MPa bis +0,08 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.7 Maximaler Geräuschpegel des ETO-Sterilisators<br>Der maximale Geräuschpegel (A-bewertet), der von der ETO-Sterilisationskammer erzeugt wird, sollte ?65 dB betragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8 Aussehen und Aufbau des Ethylenoxid-Sterilisators<br>3.4.8.1<br>Die Form sollte aufrecht sein, eine glatte und saubere Oberfläche haben, eine einheitliche Farbe haben und frei von Graten, scharfen Kanten und Rissen sein. Es sollten keine offensichtlichen Kratzer oder Mängel wie Beulen vorhanden sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.2<br>Alle Texte, Grafiken, Symbole usw. auf der Oberfläche sollten deutlich sichtbar gedruckt sein und Markierungen aufweisen, die klar, genau und dauerhaft sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.3<br>Die Befestigungselemente müssen sicher
