Concentration de gaz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within a certain range of gas concentration, the higher the concentration, the better theEO Gas Sterilization effect; beyond 1000 mg\/L, the improvement in sterilization effect is not significant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-relative-humidity\">2. Humidité relative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lorsque l’humidité relative est comprise entre 40 % et 80 %, il n’y a pas de différence significative dans l’effet de stérilisation ; en dessous de 40 %, l&#039;effet de stérilisation diminue de manière significative ; au-dessus de 90 %, il n&#039;y a pas d&#039;amélioration notable et cela peut facilement provoquer des gouttelettes d&#039;eau, ce qui nuit à la stérilisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-temperature\">3. Température<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At temperatures between 30-65\u00b0C, for every increase of 10\u00b0C, the EO Gas Sterilization effect doubles; above 65\u00b0C, there is no significant improvement in sterilization effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-time\">Temps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une concentration plus élevée d’ETO nécessite un temps d’action plus court ; une concentration plus faible en ETO nécessite un temps d’action plus long.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-survival-probability\">Probabilité de survie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plus le temps de stérilisation au gaz EO est long, plus la probabilité de survie des micro-organismes présents dans le produit est faible (meilleur effet de stérilisation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le temps de stérilisation au gaz EO a une relation linéaire avec le logarithme du nombre de micro-organismes survivants (il s&#039;agit du support théorique le plus important pour déterminer le taux de mortalité).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-influencing-factors\">Autres facteurs d&#039;influence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-product-characteristics\">Caractéristiques du produit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Matériaux et structure du produit<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The structure affects gas ingress and egress; some materials are unsuitable for ethylene oxide sterilization, and certain materials need to absorb more moisture\/heat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Matériaux d&#039;emballage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contamination initiale<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quantité initiale et types de bactéries contaminantes dans le produit (des méthodes telles que la probabilité résiduelle et le comptage direct ont des exigences en matière de niveaux de contamination initiaux ;
