(חומרי ניקוי יכולים לכלול מים, אוויר דחוס או קיטור.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4 מדי לחץ ואקום, חיישני לחץ ומכשירי מדידה אחרים צריכים להיות מכוילים על ידי מחלקת המטרולוגיה המקומית שכל חיבורי המסופים במערכת הבקרה החשמלית מאובטחים.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.7 לפחות פעם ביום, בדוק את צינורות זרימת המים, הוואקום, האתילן אוקסיד, הקיטור וצינורות מכשיר האידוי לאיתור דליפות. אם מתגלים דליפות כלשהן, יש לנקוט באמצעים כדי לטפל בהן בבטחה.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.8 יש לשמן את צירי הדלת אחת לשבוע ולנקות את הקירות הפנימיים, משקוף הדלת והצירים כדי להבטיח שלא יצטבר לכלוך על הקירות הפנימיים או הצירים.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.9 אם טמפרטורת הסביבה סביב הציוד יורדת מתחת לאפס מעלות צלזיוס והציוד אינו יכול לפעול ברציפות, אם מערכת החימום הפסיקה להתחמם במשך יותר משלוש שעות, יש לנקז את המים במערכת המחזור כדי למנוע מהמערכת לקפוא ולהיסדק.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
