  1. 滅菌室内のエチレンオキサイドには防火設備を設置する必要がある場合。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. エチレンオキシドシリンダーは、喫煙と裸火を厳禁し、乾燥した換気の良い部屋に個別に保管する必要があります。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. 滅菌室内の照明は防爆型である必要があり、電気火花を引き起こす可能性のある電気器具は避けてください。裸火は固く禁止されています。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 各種類の品目を滅菌する前に、国家規格 GB18279-2000 に従ってパラメータを確認する必要があります。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. 滅菌器の制御部は本体とは別に設置してください（図D.1参照）。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. 置換 (フラッシング) フェーズが完了した後、滅菌済みのアイテムを密閉された滅菌チャンバー内に 15 分以上放置しないでください。それ以外の場合は、ドアを開ける前に移動フェーズを繰り返す必要があります。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. 滅菌におけるエチレンオキサイドの滅菌が完了した後、置換空気は関連する滅菌作業規則に従って処理する必要があります。ドアを開けてアイテムを取り出す前に、換気を確保するために軸流ファンをオンにする必要があります。滅菌室内に有害な残留ガスが発生するのを避けるため、ドアを開けた後はすぐに物品を取り出さないでください。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. 薬物に関する警告:<\/strong> 投与する薬の量に基づいて、圧力または重量を設定します。必要な投与量に達すると、警告音が鳴ります。この時点で、オペレータは直ちに薬瓶スイッチと本体の投与バルブを閉じる必要があります。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. エチレンオキシド混合ガスのユーザーは、薬剤ボトルの出口に圧力調整器 (ユーザー設置) を設置して、ボトル出口圧力を 0.4 MPa 未満に下げ、高圧による投与パイプラインでの漏れを防ぐ必要があります。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. 滅菌剤供給システムの一部を取り外したり開いたりする前に、システムを清掃する必要があります (ガスタンク供給システムを除く)。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. 滅菌プロセス中に滅菌チャンバー内のドアシールガスケットの空気圧が 0.45 MPa を下回った場合は、ゴムシールへの空気供給を遮断し、ゴムシールの圧力が 0.45 MPa を超えるようにバックアップ圧力源を接続する必要があります。同時に、エチレンオキシドの漏れ処理手順を開始して、滅菌チャンバーを真空にし、洗浄する必要があります。その後、元の空気源を回復するための措置を講じる必要があります。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. 職場の換気システムに障害が発生した場合は、機器を停止し、再起動しないでください。滅菌剤がすでにチャンバーに入っているときに障害が発生した場合、オペレーターは、滅菌剤の除去とフラッシング手順が完全に完了した後でのみ、滅菌済みアイテムに接触するためにチャンバーに入るべきです。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. 各作業サイクルの後に、エチレンオキシドパイプラインシステムを清掃する必要があります。洗浄媒体には、水、圧縮空気、または蒸気が含まれます。ユーザーは、滅菌装置のドア、滅菌済みアイテムの保管エリア、滅菌剤の保管エリアの近くなど、滅菌ガスが蓄積する可能性のあるエリアに局所排気システムを設置する必要があります。排気システムは危険を引き起こす可能性のある物質を排出してはなりません。<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
