The pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure rise must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.3.3<br>When the working pressure of the eo chamber is greater than 5 kPa, a positive pressure leakage test should also be conducted, which should be performed before the vacuum stage. By pressurizing with inert gas (such as air) to within 10% of the preset working pressure, the pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure drop must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.4 Taxa de vácuo da máquina esterilizadora eto<br>Sob condições sem carga, a câmara eo deve atingir -15 kPa da pressão atmosférica em ?6 minutos; alcance -50 kPa em 30 minutos; e atingir -75 kPa em 40 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.5 Efeito de umidificação da máquina esterilizadora eto<br>Sob condições sem carga, quando a umidade relativa é de -40% UR, a máquina de esterilização por EO deve ter a capacidade de aumentar a umidade relativa para pelo menos 75% ou mais através do sistema de umidificação.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.6 Faixa de ajuste de pressão da câmara de esterilização<br>A faixa de ajuste de pressão para a câmara de esterilização é de -0,08 MPa a +0,08 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.7 Nível Máximo de Ruído da máquina esterilizadora eto<br>O nível máximo de ruído (ponderado A) produzido pela câmara de esterilização eto deve ser de ?65 dB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8 Aparência e Estrutura do esterilizador de óxido de etileno<br>3.4.8.1<br>O formato deve ser reto, com superfície lisa e limpa, cor uniforme e livre de rebarbas, arestas vivas e rachaduras. Não deve haver arranhões ou defeitos óbvios, como saliências.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.2<br>Todos os textos, gráficos, símbolos, etc., na superfície devem ser impressos de forma clara, com marcações claras, precisas e duráveis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.3<br>Os fixadores devem ser instalados de forma segura e todos os interruptores de controle e
