Сначала воздух откачивается для улучшения проникновения газа, после чего проводится испытание на утечку для обеспечения безопасности персонала и окружающей среды.  Затем подается пар для увлажнения груза, поскольку EtO эффективно действует только во влажных условиях.  Камера нагревается с помощью горячего воздуха или горячей воды, циркулирующей в рубашке, и поддерживается постоянная температура для предотвращения колебаний.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-abc8028b wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/zjbocon.com\/product\/precondition-room\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zjbocon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Pecondition-Room-2.webp\" alt=\"Preconditioning\" class=\"uag-image-1135\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" title=\"Pecondition Room (2)\" role=\"img\" \><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eto-sterilization-cycle\">Цикл стерилизации EtO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">На этом этапе EtO вводится в камеру путем испарения вместе с паром для поддержания влажности.  Как только желаемая концентрация EtO будет достигнута, начинается процесс стерилизации.  Более низкие концентрации газа требуют более длительного времени стерилизации.  Поскольку EtO поглощается различными пластиками, крайне важно контролировать и поддерживать соответствующие уровни концентрации на протяжении всего процесса.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aeration is the longest and most critical part of the cycle. &nbsp;Materials like plastics and rubbers can absorb EtO, posing risks if used on patients. &nbsp;Thus, extensive aeration is essential to remove any residual gas. &nbsp;This is achieved by circulating HEPA-filtered air over the load at temperatures between 30\u00b0C and 50\u00b0C, typically for 48 hours, which can slow instrument turnaround. &nbsp;A dedicated infrastructure with gas-tight ventilation is required, as using the hospital&#8217;s ventilation system poses safety hazards. &nbsp;Regular gas leak tests on the ventilation piping are vital to minimize risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-3b5cc73b wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default
