Ak sa vyskytnú nejaké neobvyklé javy, stroj sa musí okamžite vypnúť a na kontrolu by sa malo odpojiť napájanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 Každé tri mesiace vymeňte obehovú vodu vo vykurovacom systéme. Pri výmene vody najskôr otvorte všetky spínače vypúšťania vody na dne komory a spodnej časti dvierok, aby sa voda úplne vypustila. Po prepláchnutí potrubia a nádrže na vodu čistou vodou naplňte novou cirkulujúcou vodou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3 Skontrolujte a vyčistite vzduchové, vykurovacie, odparovacie a etylénoxidové filtre systému aspoň po každých 30 cykloch sterilizácie ETO, pričom vymeňte všetky poškodené alebo nefunkčné filtre. (Čistiace prostriedky môžu zahŕňať vodu, stlačený vzduch alebo paru.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4 Vákuové tlakomery, tlakové senzory a iné meracie prístroje by mali byť kalibrované miestnym metrologickým oddelením každých šesť mesiacov v súlade s národnými zákonmi o metrológii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.5 Tesniace tesnenia by sa mali vymieňať každých šesť mesiacov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.6 Pravidelne kontrolujte, či sú všetky svorkové spoje v elektrickom ovládacom systéme bezpečné.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.7 Najmenej raz denne skontrolujte tesnosť potrubia cirkulačnej vody, vákua, etylénoxidu, pary a odparovacieho zariadenia.
