Tlak by mal byť vopred nastavený výrobcom a skúšobný tlak by mal byť nižší ako -20 kPa a aspoň o 20 kPa nižší ako nastavený sterilizačný tlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.3.2<br>If the pressure during any stage of the sterilization cycle is below atmospheric pressure, after reaching the preset pressure, all valves connected to the sterilization chamber should be closed, and the vacuum pump should stop working. The pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure rise must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.3.3<br>When the working pressure of the eo chamber is greater than 5 kPa, a positive pressure leakage test should also be conducted, which should be performed before the vacuum stage. By pressurizing with inert gas (such as air) to within 10% of the preset working pressure, the pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure drop must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.4 eto sterilizačný stroj Vákuová rýchlosť<br>V podmienkach bez zaťaženia by eo komora mala dosiahnuť -15 kPa od atmosférického tlaku za -6 minút; dosiahnuť -50 kPa za -30 minút; a dosiahnuť -75 kPa za -40 minút.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.5 Zvlhčovanie Efekt sterilizačného stroja eto<br>V podmienkach bez zaťaženia, keď je relatívna vlhkosť &lt; 40 % RH, by mal mať sterilizačný prístroj eo schopnosť zvýšiť relatívnu vlhkosť aspoň na 75 % alebo viac prostredníctvom zvlhčovacieho systému.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.6 Rozsah nastavenia tlaku sterilizačnej komory<br>Rozsah nastavenia tlaku pre sterilizačnú komoru je -0,08 MPa až +0,08 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.7 Maximálna hladina hluku sterilizačného stroja eto<br>Maximálna hladina hluku (vážená A) produkovaná sterilizačnou komorou eto by mala byť -65 dB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8 Vzhľad a štruktúra etylénoxidového sterilizátora<br>3.4.8.1<br>Tvar by mal byť vzpriamený, s hladkým a čistým povrchom, jednotnej farby a bez otrepov, ostrých hrán a prasklín. Nemali by byť žiadne zjavné škrabance alebo chyby, ako sú hrbole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.2<br>Všetok text, grafika, symboly atď. na povrchu by mali byť vytlačené zreteľne, so značkami, ktoré sú jasné, presné a odolné.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.3<br>Upevňovacie prvky by mali byť nainštalované bezpečne a všetky ovládacie spínače a nastavovacie
