Të dhënat nga çdo cikël sterilizimi duhet të regjistrohen dhe ruhen për të vërtetuar se janë përmbushur specifikimet e konfirmuara të procesit të sterilizimit. Kjo duhet të përfshijë të paktën përmbajtjen e mëposhtme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Dëshmi se temperatura mjedisore e produktit ka arritur temperaturën minimale të konfirmuar kur hyn në paratrajtim (nëse përdoret). Kjo mund të arrihet duke lejuar që ngarkesa të përshtatet me mjedisin për një kohë minimale të caktuar. Nëse dihet temperatura e ruajtjes, nuk ka nevojë të përcaktohet temperatura e produktit përpara se të hyjë në zonën e para-trajtimit. Nëse produkti është ekspozuar ndaj temperaturave ekstreme, të tilla si gjatë transportit, produkti mund të duhet të ruhet për një periudhë përpara trajtimit paraprak për të stabilizuar temperaturën dhe lagështinë e brendshme brenda një intervali të pranueshëm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) Monitorimi dhe regjistrimi i temperaturës dhe lagështisë në zonën e paratrajtimit (nëse përdoret) në vende të caktuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) Koha e fillimit të paratrajtimit për çdo ngarkesë sterilizimi dhe koha kur ngarkesa hiqet nga zona e paratrajtimit (nëse përdoret).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) Intervali kohor ndërmjet heqjes së ngarkesës së sterilizimit nga zona e paratrajtimit (nëse përdoret) dhe fillimit të ciklit të sterilizimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e) Treguesit e funksionimit të duhur të sistemit të qarkullimit të gazit në dhomë gjatë fazës së ekspozimit ndaj gazit (nëse përdoren).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f) Temperatura dhe presioni brenda dhomës gjatë gjithë ciklit të sterilizimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">g) Lagështia brenda dhomës gjatë fazës së përpunimit, e matur me presion ose drejtpërdrejt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">h) Vërtetim se OE i gaztë është futur në dhomën e sterilizimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">i) Rritja e presionit brenda dhomës së sterilizimit dhe sasia ose përqendrimi i OE të përdorur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">j) Koha e përpunimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">k) Koha e ekspozimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">l) Time, temperature, and pressure changes (if applicable) during the aeration phase and\/or venting operations (if used).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eo-sterilization-release\">Njoftim për sterilizimin e OE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-biological-indicator-method\">a) Metoda e treguesit biologjik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nëse përdoren tregues biologjikë (EPCD i konfirmuar), ata duhet të shpërndahen në të gjithë ngarkesën e sterilizimit, duke përfshirë vendet më të vështira për t&#039;u sterilizuar ose vendet që dihet se lidhen me këto pika të vështira. Nëse përdoret paratrajtimi, treguesit biologjikë duhet të vendosen përpara trajtimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treguesit biologjikë duhet të hiqen nga ngarkesa e sterilizimit pasi të përfundojë cikli i sterilizimit dhe të kultivohen sa më shpejt që të jetë e mundur për të lejuar që treguesit biologjikë të ringjallen. Nëse ato nuk kultivohen në kohën e duhur, duhet të vlerësohen efektet e ekspozimit ndaj OE të mbetur gjatë rigjallërimit të vonuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rritja e treguesve biologjikë duhet të analizohet për të përcaktuar nëse rritja nuk është për shkak të mosplotësimit të specifikimeve të procesit fizik, gjë që do të kërkonte përsëritjen e procesit të konfirmimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) Metoda e lëshimit të parametrave<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lëshimi i parametrave mbështetet në vërtetimin se të gjithë parametrat e procesit fizik plotësojnë specifikimet për lëshim pa përdorimin e treguesve biologjikë. Ai bazohet vetëm në matjet dhe regjistrimet e parametrave të procesit fizik dhe shërben si një deklaratë e mjaftueshme e përshtatshmërisë së procesit të sterilizimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lëshimi i parametrave lejohet vetëm kur të gjithë parametrat e procesit specifikohen, kontrollohen dhe monitorohen drejtpërdrejt.
