Lojistik yönü, sterilize edilmemiş ürünler ile sterilize edilmiş ürünlerin tamamen ayrılmasını ve karıştırılmamasını sağlamalıdır. Sterilize edilen alan, fabrikanın soğuk analiz alanından (eğer böyle bir alan mevcutsa) fiziksel olarak ayrılmaya yetecek kadar yüksek duvarlara sahip olmalıdır.
