Atmospheric pressure: 90 to 105 kPa.<\/p><p>d) Elektrik Gereksinimleri: Ön ısıtma odasının toplam gücü 120 kW, analiz odasının toplam gücü 100 kW olup, beslemesi 380V, 50Hz, trifaze beş telli sistemdir.<\/p><p>e) Su Gereksinimleri: Isıtma suyu: Valfler ve basınç göstergeleri dahil, basıncı 2 kg&#039;dan yüksek olan DN25 saf su boru hattı; Nemlendirme suyu: Valfler ve basınç göstergeleri dahil, basıncı 2 kg&#039;dan yüksek olan DN15 saf su boru hattı.<\/p><p>f) Gaz Gereksinimleri: Basınçlı hava, su ve yağdan arındırılmış, basıncı 4-6 kg olmalı, filtreleme ve vana ve manometrelerle basınç regülasyonu içermelidir.<\/p><p>g) Kaldırma Gereksinimleri: Müşteriye nakliyesi fabrikamız tarafından yapılmalıdır. Nakliye şirketi, tesise vardığında müşteriyle doğrudan telefonla iletişime geçecektir. Müşteri inceleme yapıp herhangi bir hasar olmadığını onayladıktan sonra, ürünler belirlenen alana kaldırılacak veya çatalla kaldırılacak ve ardından tedarikçi temsilcisinin kurulum için gelmesi beklenecektir. Not: Müşteri, kaldırma ve boşaltma araçlarını ve personelini önceden hazırlamalıdır.<\/p><p>h) Egzoz ve Drenaj Gereksinimleri: Ön ısıtma odasındaki yoğuşmayı düzenli olarak boşaltmak için ön ısıtma odasının içinde ve kontrol odasında odanın alt kısmına yakın bir yere drenaj çıkışları kurulmalıdır.<\/p><p>i) Yerleşim Gereksinimleri: Sterilizasyonu bekleyen alan, açık işaretlerle sterilize alandan tamamen izole edilmelidir. Lojistik yönü, sterilize edilmemiş ürünler ile sterilize edilmiş ürünlerin tamamen ayrılmasını ve karıştırılmamasını sağlamalıdır. Sterilize edilen alan, fabrikanın soğuk analiz alanından (eğer böyle bir alan mevcutsa) fiziksel olarak ayrılmaya yetecek kadar yüksek duvarlara sahip olmalıdır. Serbest bırakılmayı bekleyen alan, serbest bırakılan alandan izole edilmeli ve mallar için en az üç iş günü depolama alanı ayrılmalıdır (analiz odasının kapasitesinden büyük veya buna eşit).
