The pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure rise must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.3.3<br>When the working pressure of the eo chamber is greater than 5 kPa, a positive pressure leakage test should also be conducted, which should be performed before the vacuum stage. By pressurizing with inert gas (such as air) to within 10% of the preset working pressure, the pressure in the sterilization chamber should be monitored for at least 5 minutes, during which the pressure drop must not exceed 0.3 kPa\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.4 Máy tiệt trùng eto Tỷ lệ chân không<br>Trong điều kiện không tải, buồng eo phải đạt -15 kPa so với áp suất khí quyển trong khoảng 6 phút; đạt -50 kPa trong ?30 phút; và đạt -75 kPa trong ?40 phút.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.5 Tác dụng tạo ẩm của máy tiệt trùng eto<br>Trong điều kiện không tải, khi độ ẩm tương đối là ± 40% RH, máy khử trùng eo phải có khả năng tăng độ ẩm tương đối lên ít nhất 75% hoặc cao hơn thông qua hệ thống tạo ẩm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.6 Phạm vi cài đặt áp suất của buồng khử trùng<br>Phạm vi cài đặt áp suất cho buồng khử trùng là -0,08 MPa đến +0,08 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.7 Độ ồn tối đa của máy tiệt trùng eto<br>Mức tiếng ồn tối đa (theo trọng số A) do buồng khử trùng eto tạo ra phải là ±65 dB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8 Hình dáng và cấu tạo của máy tiệt trùng ethylene oxit<br>3.4.8.1<br>Hình dạng phải thẳng đứng, bề mặt nhẵn, sạch, màu sắc đồng đều, không có gờ, cạnh sắc và vết nứt. Không được có vết trầy xước hoặc khuyết tật rõ ràng như va đập.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.2<br>Tất cả văn bản, đồ họa, ký hiệu, v.v. trên bề mặt phải được in rõ ràng, có dấu hiệu rõ ràng, chính xác và bền.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.8.3<br>Các chốt phải được lắp đặt chắc chắn, đồng thời tất cả các công tắc điều khiển và núm (nút) điều chỉnh phải hoạt
