The\u00a0 process description of eo gas scrubber<\/span><\/p>

(1)水量和流量：喷射泵的流量和离心风机的风量可根据真空泵的排气量确定；<\/span><\/p>

(2)吸收反应酸性介质：0.5-1.5%硫酸溶液（可添加固体酸催化剂）；<\/p>

(3) Temperature and pressure: Although the reaction is exothermic, the increase in temperature and pressure is limited. The reaction temperature is between normal temperature and 50\u00b0C, and the pressure is between slight negative pressure and normal pressure;<\/p>

(4)废液生产：环氧乙烷在反应塔内与水反应生成以乙二醇为主要成分的杂醇溶液。<\/p>

反应结束后，反应器内乙二醇的浓度会上升。<\/p>

塔内乙二醇密度达到规定值后，废液通过富液泵转移至富液罐，然后添加新液。<\/p>

(5)新鲜液体的补充：转移结束后，应向塔釜中加入新鲜的反应液；<\/p>

（6）排放溶液的中和：排放溶液应由合格的危险化学品处理并回收 & 废液处理厂，并办理危险废物转运清单（五联）。<\/p>
