\><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1 ETO滅菌過程中，操作人員不得離開操作區域，且必須持續觀察ETO滅菌過程。如有異常現象，必須立即停機，切斷電源檢查。<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 每三個月更換一次暖氣系統循環水。換水時，先打開箱體底部和門下部的所有排水開關，將水徹底排掉。用清水沖洗管道和水箱後，重新註入新的循環水。<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3 至少每 30 個 ETO 滅菌週期後檢查並清潔空氣、加熱、蒸發和環氧乙烷系統過濾器，更換任何損壞或故障的過濾器。 （清潔介質可以包括水、壓縮空氣或蒸氣。）<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4 真空壓力表、壓力感測器和其他測量儀器應依照國家計量法規的規定，由當地計量部門每六個月進行一次校正。<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.5 密封墊圈應每六個月更換一次。<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.6 定期檢查電氣控制系統中各端子連接是否牢固。<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.7 每天至少檢查一次循環水、真空、環氧乙烷、蒸氣、汽化裝置管路是否有洩漏。如果發現任何洩漏，必須採取措施安全解決。<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
