The\u00a0 process description of eo gas scrubber<\/span><\/p>

（1）水量和流速：可以根據真空泵的排氣量確定Spay泵的流速和離心風扇的空氣體積；<\/span><\/p>

（2）吸收反應的酸培養基：0.5-1.5％硫酸溶液（可以添加固體酸催化劑）；<\/p>

(3) Temperature and pressure: Although the reaction is exothermic, the increase in temperature and pressure is limited. The reaction temperature is between normal temperature and 50\u00b0C, and the pressure is between slight negative pressure and normal pressure;<\/p>

（4）廢物液生產：乙烷與反應堆塔中的水反應，形成主要由乙二醇組成的雜化液溶液。<\/p>

反應後，反應器中乙二醇的濃度將升高。<\/p>

在塔中乙二醇的密度達到指定值之後，將通過豐富的液體泵轉移廢物液體，然後添加新液體。<\/p>

（5）補充新鮮液體：轉移後，應將新鮮反應液體添加到塔式水壺中；<\/p>

（6）中和排放溶液的中和：應通過合格的有害化學物質處理排放的解決方案和回收 & 廢物液體處理廠和危險廢物轉移（五頁）應處理。<\/p>
