Principle of automatic transmission device
Automatic Sterilizer Chamber Conveyor adopts the flexible and rotatable chain to drive the pallet to move back and forth, and the chain guides the outside of the cabinet through external shaft threading inside the equipment. The outside is equipped with servo motor or asynchronous motor + frequency converter for smooth acceleration start and smooth deceleration stop;
Function of automatic transmission device
Pallet can be automatically transported from the feed door to the cabinet or exit in the reverse direction
Operator places the pallet on the position of the first pallet at the feed inlet, and then manually initiates the feed command (also through the remote control, optional accessories), the distance between the original pallet and the previous pallet is generally 50mm. The automatic transmission device can realize the function of forward and backward, so that when the position of the pallet is inaccurate, the position can be adjusted freely;
Position of the pallet can be automatically positioned when a servo motor is used
When the automatic transmission device adopts servo positioning device, it can realize positioning transmission. There is no limit switch or position sensor in the equipment to realize numerical positioning system, which is convenient for operation and positioning;

In the case of special needs, the reverse exit function can also be realized;
4.system structure is mainly composed of stainless steel chain and driving mechanism. There are few other auxiliary components, less failure rate and fewer components to be maintained;
5.Because it adopts servo or variable frequency drive, it is very convenient to realize slow acceleration. High speed is adopted in the middle, and the process of slow deceleration when it is almost in place can prevent sudden start and sudden stop, and the risk of cargo dumping, which affects the loading quality.
