The product lead time will count from the date of receiving the prepayment. 10 days before the shipment, the seller informs the buyer to come to the factory to do FAT, buyer decides whether to do FAT or not.

A.Yes, after the machine arrives client factory, engineers will be arranged to go on-site to install the machine and train the operators.

A.The equipment production and delivery term is 60-90 days. Clients can choose to do FAT in our factory or not after we finish the EO sterilizer. The installation and debugging period is 15-60 days (according to the chamber size),and IQ and OQ are about 7 days, which could provide the support of PQ.
