8.4.1 Closing the eto gas sterilizer Discharge Door

1. For double-door eto gas sterilizer, before loading sterilization goods, follow the closing procedure for the discharge door, and inflate the sealing gasket of the discharge door until the pressure reaches above 0.45 MPa to ensure a proper seal.
2. Manually adjust the direction control valve to close the air source of the cylinder at the discharge door end, allowing the pneumatic system to supply air only to the loading door cylinder. Ensure that the air pressure is greater than 0.45 MPa.
3. Before loading sterilization goods, first open the air belt valve on the loading door to release air from the air belt. After a delay of 30 seconds, prepare for the indicator light to turn on.

8.4.2 Opening the Loading Door

1. After confirming safety, operate the loading door rise button to lift the door body, raising it approximately 120 mm.
2. The operator pulls the door handle to open the door, rotating it approximately 95° to 100°.
3. When the door body collides with the limit block, confirm safety, then press the loading door down button to release the air from the cylinder, allowing the door body to fall to the ground or onto a support. At this point, the door body should not rotate.
4. Once the door body has lowered to position, the door opening operation is complete.

8.4.3 Loading Sterilization Items

Use a forklift to load sterilization items into the sterilization cabinet. Items should be neatly stacked with reasonable spacing, leaving a height of no less than 100 mm between the items and the top of the chamber.

8.4.4 Closing the Loading Door

1. After confirming that the sterilization items are fully loaded, in a state of confirmed safety, press the loading door rise button to raise the door body approximately 120 mm.
2. The operator pulls the door handle to rotate the door, aligning it with the door frame after rotating approximately 95° to 100°.
3. After confirming safety, press the loading door down button to exhaust the cylinder, allowing the door body to settle on the door catch hook.
4. Once the door is closed properly, the indicator light will turn on (flashing state).
5. Open the valve to inflate the air belt; once the sealing of the air belt is completed, the indicator light will remain continuously lit, indicating the door closing operation is complete.

Note: Sterilization operations can only commence after the door is securely closed.
