  1. ETO sterilizer system has six different levels of operation permissions. Personnel with different permissions can operate different contents to prevent operation confusion, or equipment failure or safety accident caused by operation by personnel without professional training

2. By default, the system will perform the leak detection test before dosing of each batch. If the leak detection test fails, the system will automatically stop the cycle and no longer continue, and the alarm will prompt

3.If the cabinet body leaks during the exposure stage of the equipment, the ETO chamber System will automatically jump to the cleaning stage to ensure that EO will not leak into the workshop and cause safety accidents

4. When the equipment is in operation, if it wants to stop the cycle halfway, the system will automatically jump to a safe processing process according to different operating conditions. For example, after dosing, the system needs forced cleaning to reset the whole process.

5. If the system is equipped with an electronic scale, as long as the equipment is powered on, you can check whether the weight of the EO cylinder changes abnormally at any time, so as to timely notify the equipment maintenance personnel of potential safety hazards

6. The ETO chamber System has the function of ultra-high pressure detection and protection. If the system detects that the pressure in the cabinet is greater than the maximum allowable pressure, whether the equipment is in operation or not, the vacuum pump must be forced to start to reduce the pressure in the cabinet to prevent the gas in the cabinet from leaking into the workshop, or the cabinet will be damaged by the high pressure in the cabinet

7.Each time the door is opened, the ETO chamber System will check whether the pressure in the cabinet is within the safe range, and whether the operation state in the cabinet is in the safe state, otherwise the door will be locked and cannot be opened

8.In order to ensure personal safety, the equipment can be equipped with a harmless exhaust system. After the cabinet door is opened, ensure that the air in the workshop can only enter the cabinet, but cannot be discharged from the cabinet to the workshop environment

9.If the equipment has been cleaned but the door has not been opened, the system will automatically check the unloading timeout. If the unloading timeout is more than 30 minutes, the door will be locked and cannot be opened, and the cleaning process must be executed again. This function is used to ensure that EO in the product will not be slowly released into the workshop environment, causing pollution to the workshop environment and personal health damage
