1. 氣體濃度

2.相對濕度
- 相對濕度在40%-80%之間時,滅菌效果無明顯差異;低於40%,殺菌效果明顯下降; 90%以上,沒有明顯改善,且容易產生水滴,對殺菌產生不利影響。
3. Temperature
- At temperatures between 30-65°C, for every increase of 10°C, the EO Gas Sterilization effect doubles; above 65°C, there is no significant improvement in sterilization effect.
時間
- Higher ETO concentration requires a shorter action time; lower ETO concentration requires a longer action time.
存活機率
- The longer the EO Gas Sterilization time, the lower the survival probability of microorganisms in the product (better sterilization effect).
- The EO Gas Sterilization time has a linear relationship with the logarithm of the number of surviving microorganisms (this is the most important theoretical support for determining mortality rate).
