7.1 Before Installing the ethylene oxide eto sterilizer
Users must introduce a 380V three-phase four-wire power supply along with a protective grounding wire into the control room. The cable connecting the power supply to the sterilizer should be selected according to Table 3. An external switch and an air circuit breaker should be configured based on the rated power of the equipment. The external switch and air circuit breaker should be located near the equipment.

7.2
All protective grounding terminals within the equipment must be securely and reliably connected to the introduced protective grounding wire.
7.3
The sterilization chamber should be installed separately from the control section. The sterilization chamber of the ethylene oxide eto sterilizer must be installed in a separate working area, which should have water supply, drainage, and ventilation facilities to ensure proper ventilation. The ventilation system should opt for explosion-proof axial flow fans. The floor in the working area should be flat and solid, and the body of the sterilizer should be placed steadily. The concrete thickness of the working area floor should not be less than 60 mm.
7.4
Ako to korisnik zahtijeva, trebao bi se upotrijebiti lokalni ispušni sustav bez recirkuliranja kako bi se uklonile fugitivne emisije (npr. ispušni uređaji ispred vrata etilen oksida eto sterilizatora). Odgovarajuće konfiguracije treba napraviti na licu mjesta prema stvarnim uvjetima.
7.5
Tijekom postavljanja, minimalna udaljenost od jedne strane (ili obje strane) opreme do zida (stupa) trebala bi biti 0,5 m, a trebala bi postojati udaljenost od najmanje 3 m na oba kraja za potrebe utovara i istovara kako bi se omogućile operacije transportnog vozila.
7.6
Instalacija svih cjevovoda trebala bi osigurati odsustvo curenja, posebno za vodove za dovod lijekova i vakuumske vodove; inače može doći do sigurnosnih opasnosti.
7.7
Ispušni plin izvučen iz vakuumske pumpe treba prvo ući u kutiju za obradu ispušnih plinova, otopiti se u vodi, a zatim se ispustiti kroz odvodni otvor kutije za obradu ispušnih plinova u bazen za neutralizaciju (koji treba pripremiti korisnik). Nakon neutralizacije treba ga ispustiti u zatvoreni namjenski odvodni sustav. Promjer cjevovoda drenažnog sustava trebao bi biti veći od promjera izlaza vakuumske pumpe (vidi slike A.2-2 i D.1).
7.8
Ispusni otvor sigurnosnog ventila treba koristiti cijev odgovarajućeg promjera za usmjeravanje plina u neutralizacijski bazen za neutralizaciju prije ispuštanja kroz namjensku drenažnu cijev (vidi sliku A.2-2).
7.9
Main components of the sterilizer, such as the chamber, control frame assembly, electrical control cabinet, vacuum system piping, hot water system piping, ethylene oxide system piping, and vaporization system piping, shall be delivered as separate modules and connected on-site by specialized personnel from our factory.
7.10
The minimum distance between the control frame and the electrical control cabinet should be 1 meter to prevent noise hazards to operating personnel caused by sound pressure generated by the pump and vacuum pump.
7.11
The steam source must be provided by the user, with a required steam pressure of 0.25-0.4 MPa, steam temperature of 135-150°C, and a rated evaporation capacity greater than 3.5 kg/h.
7.12
The ethylene oxide gas cylinder must be provided by the user. The outlet pressure of the ethylene oxide gas cylinder must not exceed 0.4 MPa.
7.13
Installation of the ethylene oxide eto sterilizer will be assisted by specialized personnel from our factory, and these professionals will be responsible for equipment debugging.
