9.2 Change the circulating water in the heating system every three months. When changing the water, first open all water drainage switches at the bottom of the chamber and the lower part of the door to drain the water completely. After rinsing the piping and water tank with clean water, refill with new circulating water.

9.3 Inspect and clean the air, heating, vaporization, and ethylene oxide system filters at least after every 30 ETO Sterilization cycles, replacing any damaged or malfunctioning filters. (Cleaning mediums can include water, compressed air, or steam.)

9.4 Vacuum pressure gauges, pressure sensors, and other measuring instruments should be calibrated by the local metrology department every six months, according to national metrology laws.

9.5 Sealing gaskets should be replaced every six months.

9.6 Regularly check that all terminal connections in the electrical control system are secure.

9.7 At least once a day, inspect the circulation water, vacuum, ethylene oxide, steam, and vaporization device pipelines for leaks. If any leaks are found, measures must be taken to address them safely.

9.8 Lubricate the door hinges once a week and clean the interior walls, door frame, and hinges to ensure no dirt accumulates on the interior walls or hinges.

9.9 If the ambient temperature around the equipment drops below zero degrees Celsius and the equipment cannot operate continuously, if the heating system has stopped heating for more than three hours, the water in the circulation system should be drained to prevent the system from freezing and cracking.
